All of our used watches are verified as authentic and in excellent condition before being purchased and are supplied with brand new top quality OEM straps (where appropriate) along with the original strap supplied with the watch. In addition we ensure that the original clasp/buckle is present before purchasing. As well as making sure that these watches are supplied with original boxes and paperwork we also offer a 1 year WatchConcierge warranty.

Our authentic luxury watches, including special offers, are covered by either the full manufacturers international warranty, or our Concierge Group warranty. Either way, your luxury watch is covered and you will be eligible for any necessary repair work.
We have a comprehensive returns policy. As long as your watch is unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, just notify us and send it back for an exchange or refund (you are still entitled to free delivery).
